We are excited to share that Place Partnership Limited, a new member to our network, have recently achieved a Level 1 accreditation through Worcestershire Works Well.
Worcestershire Works Well is an accreditation scheme created to support businesses to improve the health and well-being of their employees, which is extremely important.
Poor health and well-being can create a number of issues for businesses and their clients, with an impact on productivity being just one example.
However, through proactively promoting and implementing health and well-being strategies in the workplace and enabling staff to choose healthier options or lifestyles, a business can very quickly prevent illnesses from arising and get their employees the support they may need to work effectively.
It is great to see that Place Partnership have been awarded a Level 1 accreditation through this scheme, demonstrating that they really go the extra mile for their employees, to support their mental and physical health and well-being. This in turn will benefit their clients as they can expect the best service and they also have the knowledge that they are working with a business who really care.
Here is what Mel Ganderton, the HR Director of Place Partnership had to say on this exciting achievement:
“This is a fantastic achievement for the business as the Worcestershire award scheme is designed to recognise businesses who are committed to improving employee Health and Well Being. We have been raising awareness of Health & Well Being and are looking to introduce further Health & Well Being initiatives across the business.”
A massive well done to Place Partnership.
