Landscapes Naturally to deliver Maths and English workshop outdoors
Latest Posts
On the 5th March, WEN member Felicity Robinson, Director of Landscapes Naturally, will be running an interactive workshop at Winterbourne Botanic Garden, to help introduce you to some new approaches to taking Maths and English outside in KS1 and KS2.
Suitable for teachers, teaching assistants and volunteers working in a primary school setting, this workshop is the perfect event to help open your mind to discover the possibilities of learning outdoors. Landscapes Naturally is delivering this workshop for the RHS Campaign for School Gardening.
Felicity, who founded Landscapes Naturally over 20 years ago, has always been a passionate believer that the outdoors can motivate the mind and provide the perfect place for children to step away from the bustle of a busy school day. She believes the outdoors provides students with a multisensory environment to stimulate their imagination and sense of adventure and engagement with learning.
With the targeted Key Stages being KS1 and KS2, if you would be interested in booking onto this event, then visit the RHS School Gardening website today.
